  • Custom Orders: Personalized pillows may take 5-7 business days to process before shipping.
  • International Shipping: Rates and times vary by destination; duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
