  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom pillows, personalized designs, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We’ll provide a return address in Des Moines, IA.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your pillow arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.
